Ms Tereu has a Capital Time in Wellington.

Well every student in Room 7 knows that Ms Tereu absolutely positively loves Wellington, Wellywood, Welling-town, Te Upoko o te Ika a Maui, or even Te Whanganui a Tara.  No matter what name you use.  Ms Tereu loves our nation's capital.

Why???

Reason Number 1:  As a 21 year old (OMG, we're talking way back in the days here hehe) Ms Tereu moved to Wellington to study.  She had to grow up big time as this was the first time she was away from her family.   So, it's a special place because it was where she learnt to stand on her own two feet.

Reason Number 2:  The art scene in Wellington is the bomb.  Even the busking in Cuba St Mall is entertaining.  She loves Te Papa too.

Reason Number 3:  It's a beautiful city with a gorgeous harbour.  Ms Tereu loves going for walks on the harbour as well as just sitting there taking in the sea views.

These are a few of the reasons why she loves Wellington so much.  On the 19th - 22nd December Ms Tereu had a magical time in the Capital City.  It was fantastic!

Here's some pics of her wonderful time in Wellington.

The outside of my mean as hotel.  It's right in the middle of town.  It was awesome to walk past buskers and to see lots of interesting city people!

The Island Princess's chamber.  I love it!

A wonderful fashion exhibition at Te Papa.  SO fantastic to see designer gowns from throughout history.  I got a real buzz seeing Gwen Stefani's wedding dress.  (Google it...it's funky!)

This dress was absolutely beautiful.  Made by one of the world's top designers.

One thing I love about Wellington is the politics.  Some protestors were camping in the Civic Centre against humanity's greed!

The protestors camp.  Whether you agree with them or not.  They are standing up for what they believe.

Deklin gave me a poem and some M & M's for Christmas.  So, I took them to my happy place where I sat at the harbour reading a book and eating my pressy from Deklin.  Thank you my darling!

A poem on the harbourside.  This was the view from where I sat eating my M & M's.

The Kupe Statue - it shows the sighting of Aotearoa.  I love the artwork in Wellington!

Ms Tereu enjoying the sun and sights in Wellington!

My flash as dessert with my flash as dinner with a flash as price! Bwhahahaha.  Work hard at school my darlings then you too can buy yourself nice things.
