Teariki takes the initiative!

This is Teariki's second year in Room 7.  Last year he worked really hard on being persistent in learning.  Teariki went from saying "I can't" to "This is hard but I'm going to stick at it". 
Ms Tereu captured Teariki mapping our blog visitors on our class world map.  She was so happy to see Teariki attempting a task that was a little bit tricky for him and sticking at it until he finished. 
He asked for help along the way but that's all a part of being a persistent learner.  Successful learners are persistent when faced with difficulties. 
You go Teariki!  Ms Tereu loves you long time xxx
Teariki gets to work on the task at hand.

Wow!  London is a long way from Aotearoa.

Nearly finished.  Way to go Teariki-Teakari!
