Room 7 2010
Learning is so much fun! Room 7 - 2010 proved that learning can happen in many ways. We learn by persisting and sticking at it when learning gets hard. We also learnt that asking questions and listening to others helps us to learn as well.
That's why Room 7 is learning heaven! Strathmore 7th Heaven!

ReplyDeleteHello room 7 from Queensland Australia,how are you all?its a dull day here in queensland and we might get some rain..i am very lucky where i live because it didnt flood here like it did 4 kilometres away in Ipswich,im sure you all saw the queensland floods on the news in New Zealand..Guess what?a snake came into my yard and it was looking in my window,it was about 1metre long and it was called an eastern brown snake and one of Australias most poisonous snakes,we were scared and run around the house shutting all the doors and windows and we watched it,i ran out to the shed and got a machete just incase i had to kill it but snakes dont like people either so it slithered away into the bushes and we havnt seen it again but we are always wary when we are outside,i hope you all have a lovely day and weekend,bye for now. ReplyDeleteThanks for the story about the snake. It was a good idea shutting the doors and windows. But, maybe not a great idea to grab a machete. Because you might have gotten attacked.
We are doing a unit on disasters in a few weeks, so we would love to hear your stories about the Ipswich Flood and Cyclone Yasi.
